All fine, but blind issues

I recently had an excellent stay with super comfy bedding and a stunning view from my Luxe King Room. The breakfast spread was impressive, but the pool could use some sprucing up!

Room was spacious, but pool access was limited in the mornings.

Need more accessible electrical outlets!!! Awkward room lighting creates a dim atmosphere. Poor emergency exit signage could use improvements!!! A more attentive cleaning staff would enhance the overall experience!!!

The young man who greeted us provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay he truly set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere. The city view from our Luxe Twin Room enhanced our experience making our time there even more memorable.

A Fabulous Family Getaway!

We had an enjoyable two-night stay, exploring nearby shops and dining at Mr Hive Kitchen & Bar, which offered an incredible breakfast spread. The kids loved the pool, even though we faced some chlorine issues. Just a tip, check towel availability before heading down!

Had an awesome time with my friends! The pool area with the amazing views was incredible, and we loved lounging on the daybeds. We also enjoyed some quality time at the gym and the executive club was perfect for chilling out after a long day exploring. Definitely a city resort vibe!

We did have a small hiccup as the room wasn't cleaned, and when I asked, they said I needed to place a sign on the door. A bit disappointing for a hotel at this level, especially on the last day when I ran out of teabags for my morning cup!

The hotel's spacious common areas and elegant decor made my stay delightful. I appreciated the accessibility features, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate comfortably throughout the beautiful spaces.

I had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet featured a great variety of delicious options. The room was comfortable with a fantastic shower and excellent water pressure. I appreciated the close proximity to entertainment venues. 😊

The Luxe Twin Room was super comfy with a really nice vibe. Loved the fluffy towels and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We didn’t care much about the view since it was just a carpark. The hallways were spacious and had plenty of elevators, so getting around was a breeze. No complaints about cleanliness—it was immaculate!

The dining experience was a highlight, especially the buttery croissants, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. However, the room felt overpriced compared to other options in the area, and despite mentioning it was a special occasion, there was no personalized touch to commemorate it. Unfortunately, this left us feeling overlooked during our stay.
